    My holding song thru all my treatments and still is , is " I Will Rise" sung by Chris Tomlin. 

    There's a peace I've come to know

    though my heart and flesh may fail

    there's and anchor for my soul

    i can say, "It is well

    Jesus has overcome and the grave is overwhelmed

    the victory is won He is risen from the dead

    I will rise when He calls my name   No more sorrow, no more pain

    I will rise on eagles' wings Befor my God, fall on my knees  

     And rise     I will rise

    There's a day that's drawing near   When this darkness breaks to light 

    And the shadows disappear    And my faith shall be my eyes

    And I hear the voice of many angels sing    "Worthy is the Lamb"

    and I hear the cry of every longing heart,  Worthy is the Lamb

        I am still in good health dispite the battle with cancer  and there will be a day when I will see this in reality.  Worthy is the Lamb and that is what I hold to.  No other power is so great.

    Well, I guess you could say it is a modern day "hymn" but "Gratitude" really spoke to me during my breast cancer,so I used it in a video that I made. You can watch it Here. I hope it blesses you!

    During my battle I listened every night to Michael W. Smith's "Worship" cd as I drifted off to sleep. I made sure to stay awake enough to hear my fav, "Let it Rain" too. I am really into the modern praise and worship in addition to some old favs like "Amazing Grace". :)
