Foot neuropathy is NOT fun!  So sorry you're on your feet all day with it, Colleen.  My feet are mostly numb, but I've had the burning on the pads of my feet when I was on them too long, so I think I know what you're talking about.  Maybe getting some really good, supportive shoes that a  podiatrist or even neurologist might recommend?  I'm planning on asking my neurologist about footwear.  As far as meds go, I think you're taking the standard Rx I've heard of.  Don't rest until you get the answers from your Dr.s.  I've also found a website helpful to get answers from a Dr. in a hurry.  I can't paste it (computer problems) but it's called "Ask an Expert" on the Johns Hopkins Medical Center page.  You can google it and I'm sure you'll find it. Hope you get some relief!
