Might have IBC

Hello everyone!

I started to have itchiness on my breast several months ago and started to develop a  itchy patch of skin. My doctor prescribed me a prescripton cream and it really didn't do anything at all. That was back on August 24. Now I have more patches on my left breast. And I also have developed another patch on my right breast. They are all reddish/pinkish and flat like my skin not raised at all. If you look closely you can see bloodvessels. They itch constantly but it is more like under my skin instead of on top like with hives. They tingle and itch and almost feel like a burning sensation as well. I went to my doctor yesterday to see if perhaps it was a dematitis or a fungus. And she was pretty adamant it was neither and said she though maybe it was IBC. I am going for a second opinion tomrrow at a dermatologist to rule out any other skin problem. And if they agree I am supposed to be going for a mammogram. Any information is greatly apprecitated. Do my symptoms sound at all like IBC. On my left breast my nipple is inverted but has always been inverted and I don't notice really any swelling.
