17 day diet
Hi, just wondering if anyone is interested in doing the 17 day rotational diet with me? It was advertised on Dr. Phil and the book can only be ordered online. It really is great therapy for cancer as it eliminates bad carbs and refined/processed foods. I need some partners to check in with daily to keep me motivated to lose weight. I have about 70 lbs to lose so it will be a long while that I'll be eating better.

I'd love to do it but can't possibly afford to pay anything extra. Is it real food? I need to lose about 50 pounds....

I'd be happy to do this with you. We can motivate each other.

Here's the website to buy the book... Yes it is real food.

I just ordered the book and am waiting to get it. I'm on board ladies. I need to lose 30 pounds. Are any of you on tamoxifen and having trouble losing an ounce. I work out 3 times a week, even hired a personal trainer but having a hell of a time losing weight. Anyone else having that problem.

Yep since i went into menopause. PM me when you get the book. I am gonna start Monday the 10th. I feel so crappy being so big. My company pays for a free membership to a gym so I have no excuses. I won't be able to start working out my legs for a month as I have a fractured ankle but I can start on working out my upper body. Every little bit helps.

How are you all doing on this diet so far? I've seen a lot of advertisement on it lately and am very interested in it as well.
I put on about 20 lbs with chemo and I was already kind fluffy before dx (although I successfully lost 50 lbs in 2008 and had kept it off).
My last chemo was Jan 7th and I'm off to start rads the first part of February...I'm slowly starting to feel stronger and ready to get the chemo weight (and other weight) off....
Would love to work with you all as well for some accountability if anyone is interested in that too....
Look forward to hearing how it is going!
Peace and prayers,
Tori
