I'm having difficulty locating any instructions showing how to wrap your own arm without someone else doing it for you. Are there any videos, instruction sheets etc. out there? My PT says there are but I have looked high and low...

Flash, here is a link to stepupspeakout--which shows photos of wrapping, also, on the home page, there is a link to a very long pdf--the international best practices, and it has photos about how to wrap, also we found some youTube videos and they're on the page.

We should really make our own video, because the hand wrapping one is not great

The NLN sells an old DVD by JoAnn Rovig on wrapping, but I think this info will get you a good start.
