Night sleeve, testimonial

I have a medically complicated adult daughter who had some seizures last week, so off to the hospital we headed.  I knew I could sleep over with her while she was in the monitoring unit, so I quickly packed a few things, including my night time sleeve, and headed off.  We were there for 6 days. I was not consistent with my MLD by any means, given the erratic nature of the week, but I used my pm sleeve each night and for short periods during the day.  I was SO glad for it.  It helped keep my LE in check, although I need to do some extra work on my back now that I'm home. I've had LE now for almost a year.  At first, I couldn't figure it out and couldn't find a way to get comfortable or balanced with MLD, etc, etc.  I struggled through the summer, often angry at seeing so little improvement. The cooler weather is in my favor at the moment, but I do think after some time we learn how our bodies work and how to help ourselves a bit more.  Just sending an encouragement along to those who are newer on this track and feeling overwhelmed. You can learn the techniques, and you can get relief and better control.
