CAT Tomorrow
So the Onc ordered a CT of my abdomen and pelvic areas tomorrow. She also suggested I set up an appt with my GI doc to review the results which I should get tomorrow afternoon. It's so weird all this weird stuff that's been happening to my body lately, and I just don't know how to "trust" my instincts anymore. To add to all this mix now, I have had some pain in the lymph node area under the NON cancer side, and feel some small round areas there. Of course I don't know if they were there before, but I never had pain there either.
So if you all could pray for me tomorrow I'd appreciate it. I'll let you know what I find out.
Thanks ladies,
Sharon

Thank you ladies for all your support---good news---the CT came back all normal!!!! They did see some fibroids which I already knew I was prone to, but they really couldn't explain the strange feeling I've been having in the ab area. Last visit w/my onc she said my expanders felt like they were trying to flip over, so maybe that's what's causing it.
I also asked the RN about my lymph nodes under the other arm, and she said they can become inflamed for various reasons (fighting off an infection, etc) and that unless they are hard and become bigger than 1cm they should not be of concern.
SO, I sure hope I can rest easier now, just learn to "deal" with whatever my "new" body is trying to tell me. I most definitely am going to look up a new psych doc though because I need to find a way to deal with this in a better way as I'm sure this won't be my last "scare".
But you all once again have REALLY helped me just with your kind words, thoughts and prayers. Thank you once again for being here!
Love,
Sharon
