Her 2+ Breast can and Spindle cell esophageal biopsy results

I was diagnosed with stage 3B Her2+ r breast cancer with 14 + lymph nodes in Nov. 2009 at age 42. A recent chest ct showed an esophageal polyp, otherwise normal. An EGD with 4 biopsies of the polyp on 11-22-10 was positive for spindle cells. Is this metastatic disease or a separate cancer?
