The builder didn't put adequate support under the house so there are significant structural issues which caused cracking of the whole first floor, sinking, etc. Just lovely.

I have been making all our bread for the last 25 years. Made it by hand for the first 10 years but have had a breadmaker since then - actually been through about 4 breadmakers in that time.
