Exercise with a chest cold?

Hello All:

Thought I'd go to the experts for this one...you guys:)! I have a cold, in my head and chest. Usually work out 6 days a week for 45 minutes to two hours. And Sunday is a two hour day. I know I shouldn't do that today, my question is, should I just rest until this is gone? With no nodes on one side I know I have a shot at getting much sicker if I do too much. On the other hand, cardio boosts immunity...What's the thinking?

    When I had a cold in the past (pre diagnosis) I would not work out when sick. You body needs the energy to get better. If you push yourself it will only take longer for you to get better.
