MY ONC'S PHILOSOPHY AND SEXUAL HEALTH

Ina, It seems like those K-Y liquidbead have been pulled off the shelves. Are you still able to find them?
-
Ina...will let you know...I've only taken it 3 nights.....
-
Barb, I'm so glad last night was good for you. I know it has been a hard road for you. Well seems like it's my turn now. The Femara is beginning to do it's job, and I'm starting to be as dry as a bone. I'm thinking things will get worse before they get better. 5 years sure seems like a long time to feel like this.
I have a new Onc. I see him early January to see how my first 2 months on Femara is going. I sure hope he is more open to using some kind of cream.
-
Does anyone know why the KY-Liquid Beads were pulled off the shelves, if they were? I tried to find them at a couple of drugstores today and no one had any. Just curious. I am still using the Replens but I do not like it so was open to trying something else similar to it.
-
Medigal, I have no idea where the Liquid Beads went! I tried several pharmacys before I looked online. even on the K-Y website they are not listed. They have a new Long Lasting Moisturizer in single dose applicators but it is not going to be available until March. I did like the liquid beads but I guess they have vanished.
-
I seem to recall reading the single dose applicators were replacing the beads. It's sad, becuase I liked the beads. I really don't like the Replens, but have been using it. I find with the Femara in me the Replense isn't enough now.
-
Thanks Susand for the info. I won't waste time looking for them. If they bring out the single dose applicators I might try that because Replens used to have them but I can only find the tube with the reusable application which I do not like but use until I find something else.
-
Actually, last time I went to buy the beads I couldn't find them either. Replens and many other products burn--so frustrating!
-
Medigal, if you dont like Replens, have you ever tried Carlson's Key E vitamin E suppositories? I alternate those and Replens/KY liquidbeads (whichever I can find!). They are soothing and moisturizing. I find them online on either Amazon or an online drugstore. Like Replens and KY beads they can leak out so I use at night.
-
I haven't seen the liquid beads around either. Maybe they have been discontinued. My gyn recommended them though, over the Replense. Anyway, I started the Tomoifen today. Really nervous about going off the Arimidex and getting new and differnet side effects. The only SE I would like would be to lose wieght
