focal density or asymmetry-anyone have this on mammo and told ok

I have no diagnosis of anything but i'm 31 and posted several times on the worried but not diagnosed forum.  I found this one and thought it might be more helpful because my mammo showed some asymmetry they called it that dissaptes to normal on spot.  I've been researching and i think it should be called focal density or asymmetry  because it was seen on two views.-i read something that said they replaced the terms last year to make it clearer.  And a few punctate calcifications.  I've been reading alot on here and it seems this sort of cancer is very tricky and wondered how many of you found yours and if you had mammos with densities and told it was appearing b9-birads-2.  I had an us-not sure if they did it in the right spot though-it only said upper breast on mammo and not which quadrant so don't know if she went to the sides or not.  I initially went in for a small lump which was not seen but now i think i can feel one similar in the other breast on the same spot so i'm not so worried about that anymore just the asymmetry.  Obviously it can be misinterpreted and i don't have ins. and not sure if the company that paid for testing would pay for this test or not. So any info would be appreciated!  Thanx so much!

    i had similar situation......small what i thought lump i discover 4-5 years ago. (i am 34) they did bunch of tests digital mammo, magnyfying images, US and MRI. my lump never show up. actually i have had about 3 sets of each tests last 4 years. they all say its breast tissue.

    now lately i have been reading about ILC and got so scared again. i made appointment with breast specialist and he did exam and he said there is no lump , only breast tissue.

    so confuse now.

    Kam-from what i understand they can't do a biopsy if there is nothing to show up to do the test on.  I know how confusing it all is, when we are told to feel and if anything is different then get it checked.  The good news for you is if it's still there and not grown that is a good sign it is normal tissue or a b9 mass.  I am having trouble finding others-even on here who have the asymmetry or know about it.  What worries me is if only 3% of women have it on mammos and most women who get mammos are older than 40 and i'm not-is that good or bad.  Maybe more women my age have the same finding if they had the tests or maybe not.  I just feel if it is there at my age it should be rechecked sooner than a year and maybe a biopsy.
