Liver spots on ultrasound-undeterminable and on tomoxafin

Hello

I am awaiting to  see my oncologist as i just had an ultrasound on my abdomen and they found 2 new spots>  they found others ones on an mri  three months ago but turned out to  be fatty infiltration, probably from tomaxifin.

But one is the radioligist said is hypoechonic in a new area. does that means its more likely to be cancer if its hypo.. also is tomoxafin messing up my liver.. maybe i should stop the tomaxifin and see what happens, or go naturepathatic way and take I-E3 (inderol 3)

Can anyone advise

well the oncologist isnt worried, because he thinks its a false positive,  so scheduled and mri in three more months.. but im worried, i think the problems are all from tomoxafin but feel scared to go off it, anyone else have problems
