    I also pray for Aspasia's release of pain. I send a strong Prayer for Arch Angel Raphael to please go swiftly to her side, wake her Nurses that they may they advocate strongly for her. Lord Please hear this most dire Prayer. Our Sister is not getting the help she needs, and we need you to Intervene. God Bless you Aspasia.

    And Dear Foots,

    You are in my thoughts and walking Prayer every day. My silence is only me grabbing sleep when I can. I pray you are in good care.

    God Bless All of our Sisters and Brothers, here and on this earth.

    Genia had an ultrasound recently that showed a 2 cm mass on her uterus.  She is going to the gyn (tomorrow, I think) to see what's next.  I will remind her that we continue to pray for her here.  She has been taking care of her grandchildren a lot lately and recently moved as well...a lot going on in her life.

    I've been dealing with a lot of pain myself lately, so I cherish your prayers as well.

    Heavenly Father,

    I lift up Foots to you today...asking You to bring her close to your heart and allow her to feel Your love and comforting/healing touch.  

    She is our stronghold here, she reaches out until she can not reach out anymore...she gives until it hurts, prays unselfishly for others, and her kindness surpasses our own imaginations.  She is truly an inspiration to us all.

    Please grant her health and healing.  Please give her the strength she needs to get past the difficult times she is experiencing right now and on to brighter, sunnier and healthier days...

    I ask this in Your Name...Amen

    Please bless Foots, Genia, and others that are going through some type of active treatment or dealing with issues of pain. Please comfort them and provide support for them to come along side and make the trials more bearable. Bless the doctors and caregivers with wisdom and compassion. Also, Lord, we pray your blessing on each one that comes to this sight for encouragement and comfort in their journey. May we all feel Your presence and the strength from the sisterhood of believers gathered here in Your name.

    Although I haven't been on the board that long, I have often wondered why you picked the screen name you use.  I remember seeing it for the first time and instantly thinking of "Footprints in the Sand"....and thinking that when we are going through our own struggles and trials it gives me great comfort to know that I am not alone....

    I know you are experiencing some difficulties right now, so I wanted to post "Footprints in the Sand" for you....to remind you that you do not walk this journey alone...God is with you and we are too...

    Footprints in the Sand

    One night I dreamed I was walking along the beach with the Lord.  Many scenes from my life flashed across the sky.  In each scene, I noticed footprints in the sand.  Sometimes there were two sets of footprints, while other times there were just one set of footprints.

    This bothered me because I noticed that during the low periods of my life, when I was suffering from anguish, sorrow or defeat, I could only see one set of footprints.

    So I said to the Lord, "You promised me Lord, that if I followed you, you would walk with me always.  But I have noticed that during the most trying periods of my life there have only been one set of footprints in the sand.  Why, when I needed you most, you have not been there for me?"

    The Lord replied, "My precious, precious child, I love you and would never leave you during your trials and testings.  The times when you saw only one set of footprints....it was then that I carried you."

    My brother just emailed me "Footprints in the sand" yesterday.  Very touching story indeed.

    Lord, look upon Footsprintsangel with eyes of mercy, may your healing hand rest upon her, may your life giving powers flow into every cell of her body and into the depths of her soul, cleansing, purifying, restoring her to wholeness and strength for service in your Kingdom. Amen.

    Note to other ladies here: I emailed Debbie, hope her family has her login info and can maybe let us know how she is doing, we should all make sure our families know this info since we have so many cyber friends that are concerned for our well being and are just left wondering when we are down and out of touch......

    I can only imagine that you are having a very hard time of things. You don't have to walk this path alone, and I hope you know that we share your ministry. If you need help, please ask. I am positive that Jesus is carrying you now, and there is one set of Footprints in the sand. I hope you are being good to yourself, and we lavish in all of your prayers and loving words. Let us hold you up now.
