My mum finished all her therapy(chemo & radiation) and now she started therapy at her dentist( fillings, repairs, etc) and her dentis uses dental laser.

I'm wondering if dental laser is appropriate to be used after breast cancer therapy. Is it risky for causing cancer? Maybe is better to use the traditional method of drilling in the mouth instead of dental laser?

Does any of you knows if it is appropriate or used dental laser while on therapy or after therapy?

Thank you all.....

All the best to you!

Good question.  I'm wondering what protocol is for dental work during therapy?  Anybody seem to be more prone to dental problems before, during or after their diagnosis? I know I have.  Also have been vitamine d deficient. Tasoulla,  Sorry I couldn't give you ANY info on your question.  But I guarantee some of our buddies on this thread are gonna know.
