    Father in heaven, Thank You for life You have given me

    and for eternal life promised through Your Son, Jesus

    Christ. Take my disease away, O God, and draw it to

    Yourself along with my sins, worries, and my fears. Lord

    if You want me to live, help me to learn what I can do

    to help You bring healing to my body. Bless and make

    wise my doctors and all who tend to my needs in this

    difficult time in my life. In Jesus name. Amen
