Ultra Sound Results Today

My Dr's office called and his nurse said everything looked fine. She said the Dr didn't feel another appt was necessary.
Now still waiting on the biopsy results.....So should I assume it's okay if the ultra sound looked good?! Would it show swollen lymph nodes?! I had it done Oct 19.

My best understanding...enlarged lymph nodes are normally quite visible on ultrasound.
