What is p90x yoga? I love yoga!
-
I googled and it's fitness yoga, looks a little too intense for me.
I do gentle yoga to promote relaxation and lymph movement.
But I'm 51, almost twice your age texasrose, so enjoy!

Badger- the host (tony Horton) is 50 i think....
p90x is an intense fitness program by beach body. i used to do it before i was having problems (caused by my cancer mets) now that chemo seems to have everything in control and i am pain free i want to start it back up again!
I would love to do a slow paced yoga but i dont own any other DVDs besides mommy and me yoga which my son (he'll be 3 next week) insists he is too big for by yelling "i not baby! BIG BOY!" lol

Hi Texasrose361,
I love P90x yoga! I had been doing that for 6 weeks now. Wow! I didn't know Tony Horton is 50!, he look 30ish to me. I love the whole P90x program all 12 of them!
I'm waiting for my first FEC which will start in early Nov and hope to continue to do the program.

Hey Texasrose, I guess being 50 ain't the excuse it used to be!

Hi, texasrose361... I'm going to start P90X (the whole program) in December. Let us know how you like YogaX. Good luck and Enjoy!
mightymon..... I'm so happy to see other P90Xer here. I'm doing Power90 right now and getting myself ready for P90X! Unlike you, I was leading a "sedentary life style" up until May and my only exercise consisted of walking to the store lol...So it would probably be tough for me but it's ok. I'll make adjustments and follow as much as I can. Like Tony says..."Do your best and forget the rest".

mightymom- i used to do the p90x system before my cancer (unknowingly i hadnt yet been dx) had spread to my ribs and caused my tremendous pain! I couldnt even do a pull up anymore.. I am taking baby steps into it as i am still going through chemo right now!
miki i had went from a sedentary life style to doing p90x before cancer and i loved it! Not too hard and for the most part i kept up with everyone. What i light about it is you push yourself to do better than your previous time...
