Hot Yoga

Hi,

 Just wondering if any one does Hot Yoga? Any thoughts on the risk of Lymphedemna and Hot Yoga?  I did a lot of it before my Lumpetomy and SNB but no I am wondering if I should switch to another form of Yoga.

    I haven't done Hot yoga since before bc and I don't think I would do it now, for that reason.  I have to wear my compression sleeve when working out and doing Hatha, Vinyasa, etc.  For me, the warm weather, combined w/ exercise makes my LE hand/arm swell a bit, so my guess is that Hot Yoga wouldn't be good for those with LE.
