"weakly" progesterone positive?

I was just looking over my records and noted that my final path report said I was weakly progesterone positive.  What exactly does that mean and how does it change my treatmet and recurrence chances?

    Probably not by much. I am 8% + and although we have tried hormonals, they have made no difference-sorry! Although not sure what "weakly" means in your case-and as everyone is so different, there can really be no generalisations-what may work for one, may be of no use at all to another.

    They considered me PR+ but my path says only 5%. I'm not even sure what they do with the PR information. BTW my ER+ was only 30%. Path report also says that anything 1% or above is considered +

    My PR was 34%, but for the oncotype test it shows me negative. My Onc says ignore the oncotype results for that. I'm 99% for ER. My Dr. feels treatment will stay the same.
