Consider a hypnotist on all counts? It's not as esoteric as it sounds. It's just someone who gives you guided imagery that helps your mind lay an alternative circuit to guide you around your addictions and "stuck" thinking.

Here is a blogger I like that happens to have alot of interesting info for health and diet with other links.

I get weekly email newsletters mailed to me with recipes from:
AICR's Weekly Health-e-Recipe e-mail from: http://www.aicr.org/
http://whfoods.org/bulletinsignup.php
Moosewood cookbooks are great too. My favorite is "Moosewood Cooks At Home"

This publication on nutrition and breast cancer from University of California, San Francisco was one of the resources that changed my life. http://cancer.ucsf.edu/crc/nutrition_breast.pdf

This is a wonderful resource Rabbit_fan, 58 pages, including 12 p. of references, and fairly up to date information too (Rev. 9/08). I've bookmarked it for my Breastfile.
Thanks

Rabbit, I also like the UCSF nutrition guide and have printed it out for reference.
The USDA has a lot of food info online via the link, I have only looked at or sorted through the Nutrient Database List, which will sort foods by alphabetic or by nutrient content. This site seems helpful too.

You ladies can always visit my blog, Pink Kitchen. While I am more focused on healthy recipes, I also post nutrition info (which I've obtained through my educational background).
