Melatonin? Time release?

Options

Can anyone recommend a good brand of time-release Melatonin? I know Life Extension Foundation recommends up to 20 mg for cancer patients but I had trouble with their brand (super grogginess) at even 3 mg a few years ago.

Anyone?

I wish I could help but that stuff makes me groggy for years, lol. I did read that some women do better with the sub-lingual melatonin. I tried that also but yuk! I sleep in total darkness. That's the best I can do.

I can't help you with the time-release. I've had good luck with Pure Encapsulations melatonin, but itis not time-released. I seem to do best at 15mg. I know there are some people who do a mix of regular and time-released melatonin. My only advice would be to start at a low dose and very gradually increase it.

Vita Cost has a time release melatonin that is reasonably priced and works well for my wife and I.  We buy their "NSI" brand.
