    I went through everything i had a lumpectomy, chemo, lymphnodes were clean and radiation..i just went for my 6 moth checkup and they found something in the same breast that i had cancer. i am scheduled for september 30th for my core biopsy. they are also placing the metallic marker again. can anyone give me any advice or anything i am freaking out. i am 35 years old with a 4 year old not to mention going through alot of other issues in my life. any advice ...god bless thank you alison

    So sorry to know that. What check up have you done? Mammo and US? Did you ask them about the size of the "something" they found? I heard a tumor would be growing for years before they can be detected by us so the old tumor should have been killed by the Chemo. Are you on any medications after chemo?

    I hope the biopsy turns out to be nothing.

    hi I had an ultrasound .they didnt tell me the size. I am currently taking tamoxifen for the last 10 months.i appreciate the advice. thank you and god bless

    Hugs, I hope it turns out to be scar tissue or fibrosis from the radiation.
