Estrogen cremes after BC

I am almost 5 years out of my BC treatment and I had a total hysterectomy a year and a half ago. Since then sex has become unbelievably painful. My hubby is very patient but my vagina is noticably smaller in width and length. There is absolutely  no way he can be fully inside. It feels like he bottoms out and is tearing my walls. What does anyone about the vaginal cremes. My cancer was er positive, so i am very concerned about using any of them. replens, astroglide and all of those help alittle, but not with the pain.

    Please ck. one of the "permanent" threads at the top of the page: "I want my Mojo back".  It is one of the ongoing, most informative threads on the boards, IMO. 

    I used an Estring for about 6 mos. to relube and the other major suggestion is "use it, not loose it" thru ah, masturbation on a regular basis to regain the moisture in the vaginal tissue.  There are lists of all sorts of lubes, positions, you name it.
