Does Anyone Else Have Anger Issues?

IMHO, fear is more the word that I am hearing not anger. Although, there is a connection. Using "terms" and not using them applied to you is in itself fear. The only way to get rid of fear is to accept that you have BC....oh I know you think you have accepted that fact and on the surface I belive you, but when you search your inner self, you will find that the fear is still there. When you truly accept what has happened, then you can truly relax and go with the flow of doing what you need to do without the fear of applying terms or not applying terms to yourself and you will be able to attend scans and tests without the fear that they may find something. Truly having acceptance takes all the fear and anger away and allows you to live with pure freedom and peace. You may not like what comes, but it brings no fear and that is a good thing.

You are NOT angry ....NOT very angry
You are NOT afraud ......You are NOT very afraid
What happened to that sweet cussing lady, I know?? SHE would not waste time on anger and being afraid. You want to get angry? Try talking sense to insurance companies for 12 hours!! I did that on only half of a Klonopin. A little longer and they would have had to haul me off. (Maybe to your apt. and we could have had a "cussing" party together.) Too bad I can't sit in a Yoga position and meditate all this negative energy out of myself. Better still! I can go pick a fight with "you know who"!

that sweet cussin lady turns into a snake in a minute.i am very angry and very afraid.its just the way i feel.most of us do.yea we work on it but deep down we still feel it.that giant monster creeps up all the time and yes it makes me ANGRY AND AFRAID.some people hide it very well and some people cope with it better then others..im not one of them.this bc SUKS.BIG TIME.

No! Granny. No snakes!! I can't be around snakes. They are evil, IMO, and you are anything but evil. So have your time to be angry if you need it. I am nervous about what my test results will show this week so I make myself feel better by keeping busy. However you cope better is the answer. I already had my "crying" time today and I don't even know why I was crying!! We all cope the best way we can.
