THE 2ND TA TAS SISTERHOOD REUNION IN VEGAS!!
Comments
-
Le Scena $8.50
Piano bar~ $25
Bellagio Champagne brunch~ (Last year) $37
Like Laura said Have cash to pay for transportation and food. When traveling in limos/cabs, have 1 person in charge of collecting money and paying the driver.
Gisella is still waiting on hearing back from a few places...so hold tight on the rest ok!!
-
Ok-I can buy my tix now, thanks to Jazzy I have a room! Thanks Jazzy! This ta ta (me) is going to buy that ta ta (you) a drink!
-
The schedule looks great - thanks Jazzy, Laura and Tracey (and everyone else) for putting this fun trip together. I must be getting excited about the trip - yesterday while teaching about ancient India I wrote Vegas on the white board instead of Vedas (ancient religious songs)! There was no way to bluff through that so I just told my class I was going to Vegas in a few weeks...
-
Thanks Kristinka, but Gisella is putting her heart and soul into this trip...PLEASE thank GISELLA!!!
Stay tuned...MORE TO COME!!
-
La Scena - we don't pay to get in or for the tables, we just have to show up on time and spend at least $50 per table in drinks while we are there. If any table doesn't do that, then they will charge the CC on file for the deficit. I don't think it will be a problem to get to $50 per table so there won't be any "cover charge'.
-
Thanks Gisella! Since my teaching started 3 weeks ago I am not able to check BCO as frequently as I did before. I so appreciate all of this trip planning, esp. because I'm a Vegas newbie and would have no idea where to start!
-
LADIES:
ANYONE FLYING IN FRIDAY AFTER 3PM....PLEASE PM ME AND LET ME KNOW.
I THINK I AM ABOUT FINISHED WITH THE AIRPORT MEET AND GREET SCHEDULE.
-
Thanks to all of you who are spending sooo much time coordinating! I can't wait until we can all get there. And this year my goal is to get plenty of sleep before I leave home so I can stay up with you at least one night
Since my labor day vacation was a bust, I am reallllly looking forward to Vegas.
Kristina

I am hoping I can have a solid schedule for you all by the end of this week latest next week. Hope you have a great weekend.

Hi Ladies... happy to say my mom had good results today from her ultrasound... I was scared because at 1st my sister called and said computers were down and they didn't know anything... I was afraid she was waiting to tell me bad news when I got off work... I talked to my mom and she sounded well. Sounds like she had a nice visit with the other gals that were there also. I will stay away from her until this darn head cold goes away but will keep calling to let her know I love her : )

Planet Hollywood Resort Casino
Overview
Reviewer score 3.9 out of 5 967 reviews 3667 Las Vegas Blvd. South, Las Vegas, NV 89109
0.8 miles South from the center of Las Vegas More hotel details Back to menu Return to top Description Welcome to the house that fame built. Hip, modern, decidedly dramatic and the centerpiece of the Las Vegas Strip, Planet Hollywood Resort Casino is more than the newest resort in town. It's the shopping, dining, and gambling destination of choice for the city that celebrates celebrity.
Over 2500 super-chic new rooms and suites feature hi-def television, and a truly unique PH touch: on display in every room, the most extensive collection of movie memorabilia in the world - over 8,500 pieces in all.
Planet Hollywood Resort Casino has all the action you can handle, with three acres of gaming, a variety of table and slot games, a huge poker room, The Playing Field race and sports book, and the scintillating Pleasure Pit, with beautiful women dealing blackjack, clad in sensual lingerie, while go-go dancers cavort overhead.
Enjoy headlining performances at the 7,000-seat Theater for the Performing Arts, home to both Miss America Pageant and Miss USA Pageant, and stage of choice for the biggest music acts in the world.
Sip wonderfully delicious signature cocktails in the Heart Bar at the center of the casino, or check out who's being taped from Extra Lounge - home to the Vegas bureau of the insanely popular TV show, EXTRA! Catch the big game and a big brew at the Playing Field Lounge next to the race and sports book. Pose for your own close up with a favorite co-star at the intimate Living Room.
Shop the 170 fabulous retail venues and 15 additional restaurants that make up our Miracle Mile Shops. Check out the specialty stores including retail brands such as Urban Outfitters, Ben Sherman, Quiksilver, bebe, Sephora, French Connection, Betsey Johnson and H&M. Entertainment options are endless thanks to V Theater and the Steve Wyrick Theatre containing Steve Wyrick: Real Magic. Dining highlights include Pampas Churrascaria Brazilian Grille, Todai Sushi & Seafood Buffet, ASIA Nightlife & Dining, Lombardi's Romagna Mia, La Salsa Cantina, Cheeseburger Las Vegas, Blondies Sports Bar & Grill, Trader Vic's and Hawaiian Tropic Zone. New exteriors and entrances plus a backlit water feature and huge LED sign with continuous streaming images highlight the ultra shopping area.
At the Planet Hollywood Spa by Mandara, give your skin and everything inside it the Hollywood treatment, with massages, facials, hair and nail treatments, tanning and more. Relax and pamper yourself. If one pool overlooking The Strip is good, then two pools, two hot tubs, and a seasonal poolside cafe must be even better. (Pool open 10am-6pm, pool bar 11am-6pm, snack bar 11am-5pm.) -
Thank you to all involved for your hard work and dedication in planning another trip of a lifetime! You are all truly amazing women!!!

Sistas from the East Coast, remember, there's no clock inside the casinos and there's no way for you to tell whether it is day or night either. So I hope the excitement and the bright lights will keep your energy up !!
