Skip T and go Straight to Femara?

Hi...I  am re-posting this question...my cousin in Europe is really getting conflicting information from her oncologists (I myself am a 6 yr survivor, diagnosed when i was 42).

My cousin is 38 yrs old.

She finisished AC treatment.

History of blood clots so doc wants her to suppress ovaries, no Tamox, and go straight to Femara.

Doc now wants to skip the Taxol, because he thinks the side effects don't warrant its use?

I've nver heard of a woman skipping the T, in ACT, or is this common? Does anyone know exactly the difference between how AC and T works on cancer cells?

Her Taxol dosage would be different than the one I got. I got T every 2 weeks, 4 treatments.  Her doctor is giving 11 weeks, weekly of Taxol, dosage is: 80 mg.
