Axilliary lymph node flare on PET after IBC

I haven't posted for a while but I find myself needing information again. I had a PET scan yesterday because of an enlarged lymph node on a CT a few months ago and many crystalized granulomas on a recent chest x-ray. Just had a call from my rad onc who told me the lymph node showed up hot/flared on the PET. He's scheduling me for a biopsy, I finished chemo/bilateral mast/rads in fall of 2008. Now this. Has anyone had a similiar experience after IBC treatment?

    I hope you get a negative biopsy.  Sorry I am not any help.  My first PET post-surgery and rads is next week.  The only thing I can say is that if it is positive at least it is a local recurrence as aopposed to a distant one?
