Suzanne, yes they DID hurt. I wasn't prepared for it either, they should have at least said it was going to be uncomfortable..gosh they were so rude!! That was the only time I felt I wasn't treated right during the whole journey. I did report her tho...they said she was running out of patience as she was retiring!!!
