    Hi my first time:

    Just had my yearly check up with my breast consultant, as I am suffering with pain in my right breast after a lumpectomy etc four years ago now, he has suggested lipofilling the effected breast and said this may probably help with the pain, as I have little fat there at the moment.  Also, he has offered a small breast reduction in my healthy breast.

    Can anyone give me their opinions in both of these procedures - do they work ....

    Hi Sarnie, welcome to the boards.  I'm sorry you having pain issues.  You may want to post this on the reconstruction forum, also.  A lot of stage 3'ers don't have lumpectomies, so you may get more responses in the reconstruction.  I do know quite a few people have had reductions to match and have been very satisfied.   Keep us posted...and again..welcome!
