4 years into tamoxifen - joints bad

I'm getting really discouraged. About a year ago some off an on knee pain became more on. It only bothers me when I'm doing a certain kind of work out but it's what I depend on for my exercise and sanity (martial arts). Now my other knee is troublesome. My neck is whacked out and, from that, I've got lateral epicondylitis. I feel like a complete mess. I've been told over the years that the problems I've experienced aren't related to the tamoxifen until I saw the PT who, I believe, is the only person who knows anything about bodies and said, "Oh, of course. I see this all the time!"

I am relating now to the quality vs quantity of life issue. Today the second knee practically prevented me from walking (the fact that I was 3 miles from home when it was getting bad prevented me from not walking!). If I can't walk, on top of needing to curtail what I do at TKD, I will go completely crazy.

Any similar experiences? Did it get better when you went off of it? Of course, now there's the whole switch over to the AI thing.... From the frying pan and all that.

 Thanks,

I do have aching joints, especially in the morning.  I have found TKD to help a tremendous amount in the aches- but then I am only one year out on the tamxofen. I can't imagine stopping tkd practice.  For me at this point, tkd helps me to maintain.

I am two years into recovery on tamoxifen and yes my joints are really sore. It takes a while to stand up straight when I get out bed or from a chair. My feet hurt when I jog. I have three more years on this stuff.
