Anyone have ITC?

Was originally diagnosed with DCIS, now after surgical biopsy Invasive Tubular Carcinoma? ITC?  Can't find a place on this forum for similar diagnosis.  Scheduled for DMX on Sept. 23rd with implant reconstruction at same time.  Hoping to connect with someone w/similar diagnosis.  thank you so much!!  Robyn

    Never heard of it.  Are you sure you don't mean IDC (Invasive ductal carcinoma - the most common of all invasive cancers) - and consisting of "tubular" cell formation.  Tubular is a type of cancer cell and I think it's less agressive than most.  I know I had NO tubular formation and being triple negative, even though my Stage is 1, my cancer is a Grade three and agressive.  Hope someone else comes along to give more info than I could.  Best of luck to you on your journey, Robyn.

    I googled it and it is a rare form of IDC. It did say it's less aggressive than most, finally some good news :)
