"What your doctor may not tell you about Breast cancer", by John  R Lee, MD

I have started reading this book and have already come across some pretty interesting stuff.  Not necessarily reading it to see if my cancer will return.....more for why I got it in the first place.  I highly recommend this book.Laughing

wrsmith2x - I just started reading this book yesteday.  So far I have found it very interesting.  I am 2 1/2 years out from diagnosis and 2 years into taking my tamoxifen.  I just recently decided to take a break from taking my tamoxifen.  Now, reading this book, I am not sure if I want to go back to taking it and finish out my 5 years or just stop at 2 years.  I am not sure what would be worse at this point.  Any thoughts after reading this book?  I would be happy to hear your opinion.

    Happy Reading!

    Karen

lynn1575 - I got the book at my local library, but they sell it on Amazon.com.  I have enjoyed reading it so far and have found it very interesting.

scrapmom40- thanks! Do you scrapbook? I enjoy scrapbooking. I wish I had more time to do it and a place to do it other than the kitchen table. Sometimes I look through my kids scrapbooks and am just amazed that I did all those pages!  It sure helps keep all the school, sports and memorabilia organized.

The copyright on that book is 2002. That means that the information is mostly more than 10 years old. Keep that in mind when you are reading it.
