6 month MRI results - Don't trust the results - help!

After a mammo on 10/22/09 which found suspicous findings, went for an MRI as a base line.  I can't remember the absolute name of the findings but asymetrical breast tissue and amorphous background enhancement was found in right breast - BIRAD 3 given.

Now the 6 month MRI results are more confusing then ever. 

Findings:

There is moderate amount of remaining fibroglandular signal.

There is moderate amount of background enhancement.

Scattered foci and areas of nonmass enhancement are present. No "convincing" aggressive interval change. Some of the small "nonspecific" enhancing foci are less conspicuous and there are some tiny "new" enhancing foci.

I have read everything I can find on what these terms mean.  Does anyone know what the Enhancing Foci means?  How did I get New Ones? 

I just do not trust these results.  My sister had cancer at 35 (20 years ago) so I am high risk.  3 years ago I had a completely clean mamo - no findings at all. Now I have all of these different things and have been downgraded from a BIRAD 3 to a BIRAD 2. I see my Breast Surgeon on Friday and want to insist on more testing (ie: biopsy or PET scan) but I do not want to appear as a hypochondriac.  I just can't get past the feeling that I do have breast cancer.

I have one weird question that I hope someone here may relate to.  Does anyone have a crawling sensation under the skin where breast cancer has been found? The spot where they found the suspicious enhancing has had a tickling/crawing sensation for a while now.  Maybe it's all in my head?

    My onc ran mri, brain mri, bone scan, pet scan---all tests when I was diagnosed to compare to make sure of what I had.  Don't quote me, but I believe the MRI would be the most accurate.  I do not understand the language of your findings.  You need to speak with your Doctor and ask him what this means.  I'm sorry I can not help with the sensation you are feeling.  I have ibc and had an itching sensation.
