DIM and fibroids?

I take DIM Plus as a preventative. I recently read it can help shrink uterine fibroids.  Does anyone have experience with this? Or other natural supplements (just read about vitalzym and Fibrovan) that can shrink them that won't interfere with the job DIM is supposed to be doing? BC prevention is my priority but if I can safely shrink these guys at the same time, I'm in.

    not sure about fibroids, but I think DIM had a role in getting rid of my ovarian cyst Laughing

    Thanks for the reply, Fairy49.  I spoke to the nutritionist where I order DIM and she said DIM will stop fibroids from growing, but their other product will shrink them.

    I'll give it a shot!
