Did your surgeon give you any trouble...?

I am also small B cup.  DCIS multiple spots, one breast only. My PS and BC doc asked if I had thought of bilat and I said I had but was keeping the good one.  My PS and BC doc were fine with that and after were glad I did. I had an SIEA (similar but even less invasive than DIEP) and the symetry is great!!  I look and feel whole and really cannot be happier.  

I was not at all crazy about having implants - reading about them sounded much worse on the body than a little ab surgery and I got a tummy tuck out the deal!! woo hoo !!    I did't like the idea of prosthesis as I am very active and I was really afraid they might fall out somewhere along, the sailboat, swimming, kayaking, biking, etc.   My foob is at least me, all me.  It looks the same, feels the same and in a bra, swimsuit, or tank top I even have a hard time telling the difference from a looks standpoint.
