To everyone,

I hope that this doesn't seem like a ridiculous question -- but:

Is the rate of growth/aggressiveness factor called:  Ki 67?  (in U.S...or Canada  ..or..)

Is it a blood test...or result of biopsy?

Is it considered to be higher/worse in tnbc?

I am determined to find out mine and check again for my testing in the past.

I thought I was aware of most of the important issues, etc.

It is the growth factor and an indication of the aggressiveness of the cancer.  I don't think it is exclusively worse in TNBC but it would make sense since TNBC is usually high grade and aggressive.  My Ki67 rate was part of the biopsy.

The only issue is that I'm not sure that it should be looked at in isolation.  I believe it is part of the picture to determine treatment, etc.  I'm surprised it wouldn't automatically be included in your biopsy report.

    I hope this helps.
