100 Days of Weight Loss

I just ordered the book by that title.  The reviews look good and it seems to make sense.  She (the author) also wrote one called "Life is Hard, Food is Easy". 

I'm hoping it helps.  I've really ramped up my gym workouts, but need something to help with the "comfort" eating.

Has anyone else read either of these books?  (Found them on Amazon.com, BTW)

I'm actually using it with another on-line program that I can use with my Droid.  I haven't been referring to the 100 Days program every day, but there are lots of little tidbits that have been very helpful.

One that I use often, is telling myself (or someone else when they are pushing me to eat something that I don't want to eat) is to say "I'll have some, but maybe later", and I keep pushing "later" off.  Silly, but it works for me. 

Also telling my husband how he can support me has really helped.

I downloaded the journal online, but since I'm really not into keeping a journal every day, that part has not been so useful for me, but most certainly be for someone who likes to keep a journal.

BTW, I didn't see the posts above that were removed, but I hope I didn't offend anyone with my original post.  My sincere appologies if I did.
