Period after 2 years!!! OMG

I am trying to stay very postive here.....I have been waiting a very long time for my period to return!! I woke up this moring to a full blown period---but no cramping at all......I am very much trying to have a baby..Can someone tell me what this means?? Does this mean I am ovulating??? DOes this mean I can possibly get prego??? I wonder if i should go get my labs drawn for sure........Thanks for listening to me..ANy anwsers would be fabulous!!!!!!

    Hi Colleen, Congrats on remaining cancer free!  It's possible to have estrogen breakthrough bleeding, which causes bleeding without ovulation, but I know many women who return to normal periods after completing chemo- it's just a waiting game.  Your young age is a good sign!  I would definitely contact your Dr... doesn't it figure that this happpens over the weekend?!...LOL!!!

    I'm excited and hopeful for you...you deserve to put cancer behind you and have your baby!!
