False- but my son will tell you different. He always says he has more of a father/son relationship with me than he does with his dad. He has a good relationship with his step-dad though.
ebann- I feel you on the abadonment thing.....my biological father only emails when he wants pity or money (like I have any to give him) and has never paid a dollar of child support in his life. I got lucky though, my step-dad adopted me when I was a kid, and he is wonderful.

True True True- I was going to nursing school full time and working full time, until this whole BC thing and now I am more busy trying to do appeals to get tuition back, going to PS once a week, BS, and start oncologist appts this week...don't know when tx will start, and my son plays travel ball...and recovering from surgery still of course......sorry for rambling
Ebann- you mom sounds like a strong women...you are lucky to have her....you should celebrate fathers day w/ her it sounds like.
