I have made it to 4 years out from my last stage IIIC Triple Neg Dx.

Having being 1st Dx 13 years ago stage 2B and then a new primary high risk BC 4 years ago I am thrilled to have got to this milestone. I had node involvement both times and had chemo and rads.

Am thrilled that I get to celebrate my beautiful granddaughters 4 birthday and hope to be here for her 21st.

    Dear Rainenz,

Thank you so much for sharing.  I have node involvement also and I notice that most of our TN friends do not.  So to hear such good news from a fellow TN with nodes involved has made me so happy for you and given me the hope that I needed.  Good Luck and many more years of continued dancing with NED.  Love, Jan

Congrats on your 4yr NED stataus. I will be 8 years free, in August. I was also node positive and had a pretty bad pathology, to include extensive angiolymphatic invasion. I am so blessed not to have had any recurrence. My tumor was large and super aggressive.

Hi and congratulations for being out of cancer!!!! You are a truly inspiration to all!!!

My mum had triple negative breast cancer diagnosed in september 2009, had dose dense chemo and radiation treatment. The tumor was 2.5 cm and 7/34 lymph nodes affected.

Now she's gonna have her firsr follow up and we are trying to find a doctor who has experience in triple negative. I needed to ask you what kind of tests do you have all these years(pet/ct, mammo, mri, blood tests, bone scan, brain mri, tumor markers, etc) and how often do you have them.

thank you and all the best to you!!
