    I keep following the tocotrienol research as it pertains to breast cancer.  I hope some day they publish the work that was done in Malaysia where they combined it with tamoxifen therapy.  As I email them periodically asking about further research, I got this recent reply that might interest someone that will be in Vegas.  I live in Winnipeg, so its way out of the way for me!

    Hello how are you?

    I just wish to notify you about an upcoming tocotrienol conference that will be held in July 29-30, in Las Vegas.

    The researcher who studied palm tocotrienol complex on breast cancer patients will also be presenting, though I'm not sure if she is going to talk about the same clinical trial during the conference.

    Her name is Dr. Kalanithi Nesaretnam from MPOB.

    If you can make it there, it will be a good chance to catch up with the other researchers about their studies on breast cancer using tocotrienols.

    Timothy -- are there going to be audio or video materials available from the conference for purchase? Maybe you could get the ones on breast cancer. Or you could try to get a grant from a breast cancer organization to go and write up a report. It would be good to actually meet the people doing the breast cancer research so you could ask questions privately or during the Question and Answer sessions.

    Geez, I wish I lived near Las Vegas.
