    Hi all!

Exactly two years ago my wife was diagnosed with a Stage III Breast Cancer. She endured chemotherapy, surgery and radiation treatment. We (and the doctors) thought the fight is over. But in last November the disease came back in vengeance. It's now a Stage IV Breast Cancer, metastasized to her bones, liver, lungs and a lymphatic system. In February she was on the verge of dying, but a change in the treatment came just in time. She's in remission ever since and feeling much better. Hopefully, she stays this way for a very long time.

My wife's being treated at the Princess Margaret Hospital in Toronto. This is not only a hospital but a very serious and major centre for cancer research. One cannot imagine the amount of work that is being done there.

This research is why Olga is still here with me and our children, and new treatments pop out daily.

Funding is much needed in this area. The PMH is organizing a walk to end women's cancers. I decided to join the event and to try and give back to them as much as I can.

Upon registration I set my goal at $2,500. At the moment of time I'm typing this, the collected amount stands at $3,029. But there's no actual limit. The more I raise, the more will go towards the research.

You can donate by simply clicking on the green picture at the top of the page (link below). There's a way to donate anonymously. I will not know who donated unless the donating person specifies that. The donation is recognized for tax purposes. Please help to support the Princess Margaret Hospital research towards the cure.

Thank you so much, you can't imagine how we both are grateful for your help.

    Yan (and Olga).
