It saddens me so to tell of Cam Manning's passing. Herbie (ibcspouse) said she died Monday, Memorial Day. It wasn't from the cancer, but from a blood clot caused by current treatment regimine.

Fortunately, they were able to get Cam home, back to Arkansas, and she was able to spend some time with her children and grandchildren before she went to Heaven.

Herbie actually sounded stronger than I have ever heard him before. I could tell the burden of her illness had been lifted from his heart, which will allow room for grieving and healing from losing her.

Please offer words of encouragement to him and fervent prayers for him as he enters a new chapter in his life.

Herbie, I so pray for peace and comfort and rest for you. And when you are feeling sad or angry or lonely, remember you have many, many ladies here that will do our best to lift your spirits anytime, day or night.

    Thank you for letting us know.  This is so sad and I am so sorry to hear of Cam's passing.  Her husband was so strong, for so long.  God bless him and the family, and may Cam rest in heavenly peace.

    Dear Herbie,

    I am so very sorry to read of Cam's passing. Yes, she was blessed indeed with such a fine husband and advocate. I pray that you will find comfort in knowing that Cam is out of pain and no more suffering with the disease.

    I was very saddened to read of the passing of Cam Manning, Herbie's wife.  Herbie, my condolences to you and yours and Cam's family members.  The strength that you have had for Cam during her treatment has been absolutely amazing.  I hope that you are comforted by knowing that she is not in pain and is now at peace.

    Cam's name has been added to the List of Angels in the Relatives and Friends of BCO members section.

    Herbie~ I've always been impressed by the level of care and support you gave to Cam.  She was soooooo lucky to have you on her side.

    I am so sorry to hear this.  Cam was a beautiful woman .. I remember the pics that Herbie posted.

    I am so very sorry to hear about Cam's passing. Prayers to Herbie, and family at this time of morning. She is now pain free and the best she ever felt.
