GETTING PREGNANT WHILE ON TAMOXIFEN

hi,i am 35 years old.i am a 4 year breast cancer survivor.i am 16 week pregnant.i was taking tamoxifen when i got pregnant.i want to know of any women who got pregnant while taking tamoxifen,and their experience.

It hasn't happened to me but I've come across stories here where the women have gotten pregnant.
I don't think it's recomended and probably you're supposed to stop taking it but I haven't heard of birth defects because of tamoxifen.
