IDC, not DCIS

I was just diagnosed yesterday with IDC.  My gut told me when this all started that it would be cancer.  I had been on this forum because I thought my microcalcs would be DCIS. 

Thank you all on here for your support on here.  I am amazed at how strong everyone is and I know that I can do this.  I'll be moving over to the IDC forum.  Thank you all for everything :)

    Hey... aw crap, I was so hoping it would be benign... listen, I know it's super-scary right now but you are going to be fine! BTW, I know you were worried about the size and staging... just because a lump is a certain size does not mean that it's all IDC. If they find even a tiny amount of IDC, they have to consider it IDC... it could be 5mm IDC inside a 3cm lump or what have you... until you get the path report, don't start diagnosing yourself, okay? BIG HUGS, deep breaths, and I'm going to say a pray for you right now!
