A bit worried

Can't believe I'm back here...I was to the point where I stopped thinking about cancer all the time!  In less than 3 months I'll "celebrate" my 5 year mark.

I discovered a knot (I'm assuming it's a swollen lymph node) at the base of my neck almost at my shoulder.  I'm freaking a little but trying to be positive.  I called my onc and they want to see me on Tuesday.  In the meantime I have lots going on so hopefully I won't be thinking about the pesky knot every second of every day between now and Tuesday!!  I'm hoping it will just magically disappear before my appt....ugh

    Hi RoseMarie...I am also in the "waiting room" right now (appointment tomorrow) so I can relate. I hope you'll be able to keep your mind of the knot until the appoinment and that everything turns out well. ((((((((cyberhugs))))))))) to you.
