Mantra- My PS did say to get a bra that is the size you want to be and see if you fill the cups, yet, or not. She said you will only fill the bottom of the cup since TE's don't give you a natural breast shape. When you fill the bottom of the bra she said she gives you 1 or 2 more fills over that but I'm not sure how many cc's over. Another question for my next appointment!
TaminMo- Glad you are doing so well! It's great you can get out and play with your boys!
My PS has me taking the Flexerile 3 x a day (10 mg). It really does seem to be helping.
m-star-
I don't have the Bio Oil but my PS recommended Mepitac. It is a special kind of tape that is supposed to reduce scarring. It is made in Sweden. You put in on along your incision and replace it every 7-10 days. It was $35 for 3 yards of it. My PS sells it in her office. She said by using it you don't have to massage your incision. I've been using it the entire time and it does seem to be working.
Someone told me the incision for the exchange is cut along your old incision but that they don't have to cut as wide as the original to get the TE's out and the implants in.
Everyone-
Here's a couple more threads in this forum you should check out if you haven't already-
Under Breast Reconstruction-
"These %$@*TEs!" (More rants about TE's!)
"Breast Implant Sizing 101"
The woman who posts on here advises you on what kind and size of implant you should get to get the look you want. There are various measurements and other info you send to her and she sends her recommendation. She seems to know what she is talking about and everyone seems happy with her recommendations. If nothing else you can make sure your PS and you are on the same page.
One thing I did learn, which my PS did not do, is you should discuss what you want your final look to be before your MX as the size and type of your TE will narrow your choices in implants.
Anyway, some good info on both threads.
Hope everyone is having a great day!

TaminMO-
I find your writing very entertaining! I did a search on stomach-sleeping, as I have having a pre-surgery pity party thinking I am never going to be able to sleep on my stomach again! I have been a stomach sleeper since the dawn of my time. So you went back to sleeping , back in your bed, and were able to go to sleep on your side and woke up on your stomach? That is just 3 weeks post-op? I know they felt like rocks but is it ok, if we are comfortable, to sleep on our stomach? We can't very well control what we are doing during sleep but I thought stomach sleeping was something we should avoid if possible.
Also, and this is wicked silly (!), can we ride rollercoasters?! I suddenly realized I probably can't go on the ones with the harness-type enclosure anymore?! A few days to surgery and this is what I am pontificating!

In regards to Bio Oil. You can get it here in the States. I bought mine either at Walgreens, Bartell's or Rite Aid, I just don't remember exacty which ones. Those are the only places I go to get these types of things. I used it with a exfoliating brush on my mx scars along with seeing a Physical Therapist. It works pretty well and I think it costs about $16.00.
I just had my bilateral LAT FLAP done on the 4th and feel pretty good. Going in to the PS today with hopes of 4/5 of 6 drains to come out since they have been below the required level for several days. I doubt I'll get my first fill today as I still have stitches to come out. We shall see. My PS wants to make sure all the incisions are healing. I had a hard time last year with the first TE's incision healing and one popped out of the muscle and skin. So I waited for th skin to heal and more blood flow through the scars. So far so good! Then I will start walking everyday. I've heard it really helps. I figured being off 6 weeks should give me a good advantage before I have to go back to work. If the fills are tolerable then I might start back to work before 6/22 and work from hom.
Have a great day it's beautful here in Seattle!!

Yes,the Bio Oil is not cheap, but i was told by my PS that actually MASSAGING the scar and above and below it,reduces the build up of scar TISSUE which 'grows' below the scar. This can cause thickening and if there is alot of it built up,it has to be removed during implant exchange and you can lose some shape through it. The Bio Oil is just a good tool to massage with and it reduces the scar intensity and stretch marks also. But a good, firm massage (ideally 10 mins each breast believe it or not!) is the key to less build up of scar tissue.
Well i had my 4th expansion yesterday. I told my PS about the pain i was in last time and said maybe i'll go for a little less in this time. She put 40ml in then asked me if i wanted her to stop. i said i could stand a little more and before i knew it,the full 60ml was in!! LOL. It felt very tight, but as soon as i was walking back to my car,i started to stretch it out. i bent my arms and brought my hands up to shoulder height. The pushing backward with my shoulders-as if stretching with a yawn-i pushed and held it for 10 seconds. When i released it it was instant relief!!
I kept doing this about every 15-20 mins once i got home-all through the evening-even through the night when i kept waking up. It really has lessened the pain and tightness.I will continue to do this until the tightness stops fully.
So i now have 330ml each side. Thats a can of Coke!!LOL. I have another fill in 3 weeks and POSSIBLY 1 more after that. They will see what its like after my next fill. I'm hoping i can stand 60 next time too (bringing me to 390) then if i do have 1 more after that,i'll tell them to go for it with another 60!! If i can reach 450 that will be GREAT!!!! Not sure how much smaller they go here with the implant.Whether they'll go down by 50ml or 100.(hope its only 50)
I also asked about the teardrop implant and how firm it will be.It seems there are 3 different levels of firmness with the cohesive silicone gel. They don't use the firmest one. They tend to use the mid-range one. There is a softer one but i was told it doesn't hold it's shape very well. I have to make an appointment with a breast nurse to see the implants.I also asked if i could see some photo's of women who have had the teardrop cohesive gel,and ones of the round implant~so i can compare the overall finished look. We also talked about getting a round implant if i really wanted one.She said it was possible, even though they put an anatomical expander in.
SOOOOO much to think about now!!!! If i stick with the teardrop,i wont get the fullness and width i have now with the TE(which i quite like). But if i choose the round one,i wont get as good a projection and they will look more fake as the cleavage will be quite high and i have a bony chest.I think i'll wait and see what the photo's look like and then decide. I need to ask about the possibility of the teardrop one shifting in the pocket as i do martial arts and it can get real physical! I dont want to look lop sided.
I put my 4th expansion on youtube a few mins ago.Not much diff from my 2nd one really, but if anyone would like to see it,here's the link:

I actually just bought the CVS brand bio-oil yesterday. I asked the pharmacist her opinion and she said if the first 3 ingredients are the same then there is really no difference but the price. So I bought a package deal buy big and get small free for 11.99. Not so bad considering I bought maderma 3 weeks ago for 30.00 bucks before I read that it's not good for you.
Well I had my 5th fill yesterday (60 cc's per fill) and have 1 more to go. Exchange is going to be in July and nipple reconstruction in August.. I am thinking I may just get the 3D tattooing so I can continue just wearing camis with no bra. I live very close to the Beau Institute in Mt Laurel, NJ. This place is well known for cosmetic tattoing. Has anyone ever heard of it.. I am attaching the link. If anyone else lives close by you may want to check it out! www.beauinstitute.com/index.php
-
Yes i noticed the Bio Oil doesn't contain any parabens either,so women who are bothered about that,it would be ideal for them.
-
Beau Institute (RoseMarie Beauchemin) is an excellent choice for permanent cosmetics of any type, 3D nipples included. Rose Marie has been in the field a long time, is an instructor and a member of the SPCP (Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals). She is on my list of NJ people to go to. I'm so glad to have this thread to read.
I had a mastectomy of my right breast on Feb 23 and had a TE inserted. I had the usual pain that everyone has for several weeks after. I took pain meds and that helped. I started getting fills~3rd week out and the first 3 or 4 were OK. I'd have muscle spasms for a day or two, but I'd take valium and that really helped. I only took it at night, though, because of the driving thing.
Three weeks ago, I went in for a fill (120 ml) and the pain started immediately. It wasn't the same as the spasms and stretching that I'd had in the past. I tried Valium and Ibruprofin and nothing helped. I ended up going back to my PS and having 30 ml taken out. It helped some, but continued to be painful. I had another fill two weeks later and told her that I'd been having a lot of pain. And she reminded me to massage it and take my valium. This time she only put in 60 and we thought it might be the last because, frankly, I don't care about size anymore!
I went in on Tuesday for another fill (my last for sure!) and told her that I was still having a lot of pain. I showed her an area on the right side just below the TE where it was most painful. I thought it was where I'd had the drain in after my surgery. She said it's actually below that and she thinks it's nerve pain. She thinks the TE is pulling on a nerve. So she gave me an injection of a numbing solution, which she said sometimes helps trigger something where the pain will go away. If not, she said I could get another injection next week. NO THANKS! It hurt like @#%@ and it didn't really help. As soon as I left her office, the pain was back.
I'm wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience. I also have pain that feels like it's coming from within the expander, which I don't think is possible. Right?
Unfortunately, I can't have my exchange surgery until October because my chemo treatment goes till September, but, I too, can't wait to get rid of this thing!!!

Hello Ladies,
Thank you, M-Star for the Bio Oil info. That is reasonably priced compared to the Young Living oils that I have been using. I will try to find it @ walgreens tomorrow.
Kate33, that tape sounds like an interesting concept. I will have to ask my PS if she has heard of this.
Lizzymack1, Honey I'm almost 12 weeks out, but have only went back to my bed for about 1 1/2 weeks. I was so used to sleeping on my reclining sofa with NO extra movement, unless it was mine. I wish I would have had the knowledge of all of these different threads before my surgery, It truly helps sooooo much to talk to Girls who can relate to all of the pains, emotions, and everything else that goes along with this wild ride.
Jennifer-- I'm very interested in learning more about this "3-D Tatooing" I LOVE not having to wear a bra, and think I would like to continue being FREE. I know the plans for the aerola is to be tattooed, but I don't know about the 3D.
Codavis-- Your surgery was the same day as mine. there are 2 other ladies on the thread " surgery-- before, after and during -- that have the same day too.
Girls I would like to share something with you that I found on a different thread. It is a video but I typed it and sent it , inside of card to some of my local cancer survivor friends, it goes like this:
I have cancer...
but cancer does not have me
cancer is not who I am.
It is only a bend in the road
that is my life's journey....
an unexpected detour on my path.
It is a lesson in the cosmic classroom
that is human existence.
So I will pause to rest...
and heal...
and study the lesson...
before I move on
to my life beyond cancer.
I will not give in to fear,
and I will not be discouraged by setbacks.
Setbacks are only opportunities to review the lesson.
I will not be ashamed of my scars.
My scars are the brushstrokes
in the masterpiece that is my life.
I will be Thankful for the the many Blessings
cancer has brought into my life.
People I never would have known,
Love that I had never been still
or quiet long enough to witness,
Humility I needed,
Strength I thought I had lost,
Courage I never knew I had.
I will remember that I can still have fun.
and it's okay- even healthy!- to be silly.
I will remember that to find
the joy in rainbows...
I must endure the rain,
and will remember always that...
while I may have cancer...
cancer does not have me.
God Bless and PRAYERS to everyone fighting this fight.

Lizzymack-
I love that you are asking about roller coasters! You should find out and we can start a new thread- "Can I Ride a Roller Coaster and Other Do's and Don'ts of TE's and Implants!"
m-star-
So jealous that you can have the teardrop implants! They're not approved here, yet, except for surgeons participating in clinical trials. It's so dumb! They've been used for decades in other countries. My DH said I could swap mine out when they become approved but another surgery will be the last thing I will want to do. Maybe if or when I need to have my exchanged down the road as they don't last forever.
Glad the fills are going ok. Mine are too, finally! My DH is going to "pump me up" tonight with another 25 cc's.
codavis-
I was having a difficult time with my fills, too, until someone recommended Flexerile which is a muscle relaxant. It made all the difference in the world. It's pretty inexpensive, too. You might want to ask your surgeon about it. The nice thing about it is it doesn't seem to affect me the way Valium does so I can take it and still drive.
Your fill of 120 seems really high. You were smart to have some taken out. The pain you were describing sounds a lot like what I was having. It felt like the TE was pressing on the top of my ribs. Also, the pain you said felt like it was coming from inside the TE is probably either nerves regenerating right below the TE or could even be "phantom" pain which a lot of women get. It's like when someone has a limb amputated but it felts like they still have it and it hurts. All these things are very common from what I've read. Just wish the doctors would warn about such things so you at least know nothing is wrong.
If you can't do your exchange until October can you slow down the fills by doing them less often and with less cc's or do you need to finish before chemo? I didn't have to have chemo so not sure of the order of things. If you can I would think about that. I was doing fills at 100 cc's and it was too much. Now I just do 25 at a time. It'll take me a little longer but it won't be so uncomfortable.

KATE~~ would you REALLY have chosen the teardrop gummy if you'd had the option?? I was happy to go along with what ever my sugeons suggested until i read some of the womens thoughts on here on the gummy. Now i am having 2nd thoughts...but i just dont know!
It awful when you think you're fine with something then doubts get put in your mind.
I think its a great idea that your hubby gets to 'pump' your boobs up! lol. He's playing an active part in your recovery and reconstruction and think of all the bragging rights he'll have when this is all over!! lol He'll be telling all his mates that HE made your new boobs! How cool is that!
I've def got on better after this fill. Im certain keep stretching is helping it. Slept quite well last night, and in bed rather than the sofa. Managed to get half onto my side-though now they're getting bigger, they get in the way more (never though id hear myself say that!). They still feel like 2 rocks in a sling-shot but i'm ok with that.I know it wont be forever. i will probably be amazed at how soft the implant feel after these things. Even if i had a firm gummy!
well im trying to fit everything into this post as i still only have the 5! Sorry if i've left anything out.
Take care

Good Morning Ladies,
Last night I was posting on a different thread was sharing with Lizzymack1 and Limegreen. This morning I wanted to see the comment about my shirt. But.... I can't find them. Help..... I'm not very good with this computor. It was something about lizzy asking questions before her surgery.
It's a rainy, nasty day here in Missouri, Now all of our Saturday plans have changed. No Baseball practice for my boys.
I'm Thankful that someone sent me here. You girls have been most helpful. I'm very eager to try this Bio Oil. I can't believe that I had not heard of it before.
This process of softening the scarr tissue inside of my foobieis V E R Y S L O W.
I may have to crawl a while, but I will get there. My PS told me if this don't work out, she can always try another procedure. But I'm trying to go for the less painful procedure.
M-Star
I know we have soooo many choices ahead of us. Please try to Pray that God will guide you in the decisions that you make, and for the 2nd guessing, it will just slow your healing process. March on Christian Soldier......I am a Precious Moments collector also so I love any encouragement.
Best Wishes to all for a PainFree Day.
Good Bless and Prayers to all Persons healing form cancer.

m-star- My PS is the one who originally told me about the teardrop gummies. I don't know why she told me since she couldn't get them. Like these are great!!! But you can't have them. I've heard they are firmer than the regular silicone but that they give a more natural shape. Some surgeons who use the regular silicone are using fat transfers (from your thighs or butt) to fill in areas of the breast to make them look more natural. I'm going to have to ask my PS about that. All this laying around recuperating I have more than enough to spare and could probably even provide some for other women in need!
I found out how to get to the photos. You have to PM a member called timtam and ask to be added. She'll send you a link with instructions on how to get signed up.
Someone else commented on the 5 postings a day. She said that it's true when you first sign up but after so many postings you are not limited. If you are still unable to do more than 5 I would try to get a hold of the administrators.
My husband did another fill on me because he was going out of town for 3 days (he's a pilot) but I think I rushed things. I wanted to get one last one in before seeing my PS on Wednesday. I'm having a lot of pain that feels like its coming from underneath the TE. So strange. I haven't had this before. I hear so many horror stories from women who have gotten infections so I'm so paranoid about every little pain. I guess that's normal, though.
Kate
P.S. I like your new profile picture. Very cute!

TaminMo-
This site does take awhile to get the hang of it. If you are posting on a thread and you know you'll want to come back to it just add it to your favorites. While you are on the thread click on "Add to my favorite topics" which is up at the top.
You can also click on and add anyone to your favorite member list.
If you're trying to find a particular member, and you haven't added her to your favorites yet, click on Member List in the upper right hand corner. Put in the members screen name, enter and her profile will come up. If you scroll down you will be able to see all her recent postings. If you put in lizzymack1 or limegreen you shoud be able to find your way back to the thread. Once there just remember to add it to your favorite topics.
Then after you log on next time there is a section called my favorite topics. Click on that and it will show you if anyone has posted anything new on the thread.
Let me know if you have any questions. Wishing you a pain free day as well!

Kate33 - Thanks for the info. I'll ask about Flexerile. The pain has now moved up under my arm in addition to below my TE, but it's been more tolerable that last few days. I'm done with fills -- now I just wait for chemo to end and rest for 6 weeks before the exchange surgery. In the meantime, I'll massage the heck out of it and hope it feels better sooner rather than later.
My PS suggested using Caster Oil to help soften the TE. She said to massage a small amount in and that it goes through the skin and helps soften the expander. I haven't really tried it much, but I'm going to. My PS is a bc survivor so I feel very lucky to have her and all her experience.
-
KATE~~ i was getting pain from beneath my TE too but my PS said this was normal. She said it was just where th muscle is being stretches as its still attached around the outside of the breast shape, and it pulls. Also the added weight/pressure of the TE pusshing down onto your chest (and the muscle wanting to pull back down toward you instead of being stretched away from you)can cause the pain underneath too. I still get it now but its minimal. if i layed on my back all night i find i get it the next day.
Yes i will see if my post 'allowance' goes up once i reach 50 posts and if not, will contact admin.
-
I'm scheduled for a next fill on Thursday, that will be another 120 cc's and again I will be in pain for a week. Another PS will be doing the fill because my PS will be away. I will ask the nurse or PA about the total cc's I have received. My estimate is 580 ccs and with this fill it will be 700 cc's. I don't know about you, but that sounds crazy. I will try to get all the info I need: ribcage size, size of TE and how much more fills. (Hopefully this will be the last.)
One more thing, after a fill, has anyone experienced any bruising or discoloration on the chest?
-
Hi Ladies!
I am new here, (Thanks Kate for sharing this board with me.) I had my MX on April 15th, 2010 and had the TE put in at the same time.My PS wants to wait at least two months before he starts the fills. At first I was a little disappointed in that, but once he explained that when I heal up better it makes such a big difference. But I did not know about some of the other things you all have talked about. Like the massaging your breast, I think now I remember reading something about that before my MX. I am taking notes so when the time comes I will be prepred.
-
m-star- Thanks for letting me know the pain is normal and not an infection or anything. Sometimes it's tough with my PS 2 hours away. I haven't seen her in a month and all these questions pop up. Of course, most of them start like this....."Is this normal?" Always nice to know someone else went through the same thing and, yes, it is normal.
toni67- The amount of cc's you are getting seems quite high compared to what other women have posted. And 700 cc's seems like a lot. They do like to overfill you a little beyond what size you want to be. Did you discuss with your PS what you wanted your end result to be because that would have determined what TE they placed in you. Each TE has an optimal fill volume that is predetermined by the manufacturer of the TE.
I would say, though, if you are having this much pain with each fill you may want to decrease the number of cc's for future fills or spread them out farther or both. The decision about how much and how often is yours.
As far as bruising, I do get a small bruise after each fill where the needle goes in but that's about it.
PattyG- So glad you came on here. Let me know if you need any help navigating. There is a lot of info on here and it can be kind of overwhelming. It's a great site, though, and the women are wonderful!
-
.....
You're welcome Kate, but if you notice any redness to the skin or start running a fever i would contact your doctor.
I am very aware today,of my TE's pushing up into my arm pit! They 're not hurting,im just very aware of it. Especially if i flex my pec muscles!! ha ha It's such a bizarre feeling!
Well i had a mishap yesterday.
I was just driving out of Asda (Walmart) car park, when a taxi driver pulled out on me without looking!! I had to slam my brakes on, swerve and my car skidded sideways! Of course, my seat belt locked up across my chest, pinning me into my seat and i was in agony!!!
I wont repeat exactly what i screamed at the taxi man,but it went along the lines of...."are you f***** blind???" lol. He just sat there in the middle of the road and casually waved me on! I felt like getting out my car and putting my foot through his windscreen!!! AARRGGHH!!!
The 2nd incident was later that day when i was driving out of town. A woman pulled out on me from a side road without looking and again i had to brake hard but she got a BIG,LONG handful of very loud car horn!!!!! I made it home in 1 piece thankfully with just a sore boob. Needless to say,i spent the reast of the day indoors in the safety of my own home.
It must have been idiots day out yesterday

Hi there,
My PS said I couldn't have Flexeril because it causes bleeding. I don't know what to ask for instead of that for a muscle relaxer. I'm asking him for Valium. What do you think?
Lillies
-
Valium rocks! Was a life saver for me along with hydromorphone!!
God Bless!
-
Hi there,
My PS won't prescribe anything but Vicodin for pain. He won't give me any muscle relaxer. I'm highly disappointed. I'm afraid that this won't be enough after reading about people having intense pain with fills. I feel he just doesn't understand how much pain I'll be in. It doesn't give me much faith in him because of this. Will he listen to me when I get my exchange? What if I'm not happy with the exchange? Will I be able to get a new PS to do a revision? I'm way ahead of the game I know because I haven't even had the surgery that puts in the TE's yet. I'm scheduled to do the delayed reconstruction on May 28th and I'm scared of the pain.
Lillies
-
Do you not have a family doctor that can prescribe you the drugs? I would keep asking! What right does your PS have to refuse you!! Its not HIM getting the pain!! sheesh.......
-
My PS gave me valium and it worked great yesterday with my first fill. I took 2 tramadol and a valium before the fill and it worked great. I also took a valium at night. The fill does not hurt it started hurting about an hour after. Today I am sore but every hour is better. I am just taking tramadol today so far.
-
m-star- Glad you're o.k.! Two near misses in one day! I guess it was a good thing your air bag (if you have one) didn't deploy.
Thanks for the info. I saw my PS yesterday and she said everything looked fine. She said the same thing you did that it's just the pec muscles stretching. She gave me a date for my exchange- June 29th! Much sooner than I thought it would be! She said right now I am in between sizes of implants so I have to decide if I want to go a little smaller than I am now or a little bigger. If I want to go bigger I only have to do 25 more cc's in each size. I can't decide. My DH actually wants me to go smaller. Shocking! (Of course he's never really been a boob man or he wouldn't have married me in the first place!) Either way I'll be a full B so I'm happy with that. How are you doing?
Lillies4Laurie- I haven't heard of any bleeding issues from anyone on here from the Flexerile. Interesting. The Valium works, but for me it made me sleepy so I didn't feel like I could drive while taking it. Everyone is different, though.
I would say that if you aren't comfortable with your PS it's not too late to change doctors. The first PS I went to came highly recommended but when I met with him I just didn't get a good vibe from him. He seemed very distracted, rather abrupt and just didn't seem to take the whole thing seriously. I kept looking and found a female PS who seemed much more compassionate. When I told her that a lot of women were having good luck with muscle relaxants during fills she didn't hesitate to try it. Anytime I've ever needed pain meds they were given to me. She gave me Percoset for daytime and Valium at night.
Have you discussed with your PS what size you want to be when you're done because that will determine what size TE he uses. The pain from TE's isn't too bad. The worst for me was when I woke up in recovery after having the TE placed. There was a lot of pressure on the chest wall and it almost felt like I was having a heart attack. But they gave me pain meds right away both orally and through an iv and then I was fine. The TE's are more uncomfortable than painful I think. If you are apprehensive about it I would say start out doing very small amounts of saline at each fill and spread them out until you see how you do. I think the problem is a lot of doctors start out adding too much too soon. It kind of depends on how big you are to start, though. I was quite small. They put 100 cc's in during surgery and then an additional 100 two weeks in a row. It was way too much!
Don't let your PS intimidate you too much. You are the "customer" and you need to tell him what you want. And like I said, it's not too late to switch doctors if you are really uncomfortable and feel he won't listen to you. Good luck!
-
Lillies: Maybe you should get a second opinion. My PS gave me valium and told me that I should use that first to see the pain was caused by muscle spasms and then take pain killer if needed. If he's already ignoring your wishes you might want to think about having somone else do it. If it's a delayed reconstruction, is there any reason you have to keep with the May 28 date and your current PS?
Best wishes.
Colleen

Hey Strongboard,
I had pinkness under my mast site from the date of the mast until I had the implant removed. I had lots of pain with the expander (as most folks do) but with the implant as well. It got to the point I was going for cortisone injections every few weeks until my ps FINALLY agreed to remove the implant. The pinkness was not an infection but as a precaution, I was on antibiotics for a LONG time. Best of luck.

Lillies.....I would be a little uncomfortable with your PS as well. There is no reason to have to bear a lot of pain....and believe me not all women do!! Some fly right through this without much complaint! But should you need some medical support, you need to be comfortable in advance that you will get it! The fact that the fills cause muscle spasms is well known and understood. Muscle relaxants are a reasonable approach. (If not now when????? I have been known to say!)
Get another opinion if possible. You will need to be comfortable with your PS if you are going to feel supported through this arduous process. It is your body, your pain and your life. Don't feel that you have to suffer any more than necessary...you can control this part of your disease treatment to a certain extent.
Good luck and God Bless! and I hope you are one of the more fortunate ones that need neither pain killer nor muscle relaxant through this process....

Hi Ladies,
M-star, I'm Glad you came away from that day with only sore foobies, sounds as though it could have been alot worse.
Girls, I'm just trying to read a little here and there, but..... I read that alot of you are taking antibiotics, from years of taking many for many, many reasons, my body was it trouble. NO ONE NOT EVEN A DR. told me to take probiotics after. I now that them twice a day and will continue them for the rest of my life.
Yogurt is never enough.
God Bless and Wishes for Pain Free days!!!!!!
Tammy
