I havent had reconstruction yet (still deciding). I had reconstruction on my right side, but it is like a flat dented hamburger bun and I am not imporessed. On my left I am flat (my most recent  mascetomy side). Which I finished radiation on in November. I kind of baby that side, and am a bit uncomfortable there and even though I have (regular heavy) prosthetics, I wear camis still and can't wear them cause they are too heavy. So  I have been looking for a LIGHTWEIGHT prosthetics (not fiber fluff) any ideas?  Thanks and hugs terri

The Silique 1st Choice Microbead forms are incredibly light and work perfectly in my cami. They are even lighter than the foam and the fiberfill ones, and because they are flexible (think beanbag-ish) they can mould to our various lumps, bumps, and hollows in a way that neither foam nor fiberfill forms can do.

I got mine online from Hidden Beauty Plus. http://www.hiddenbeautyplus.com/xcart/Silique-1st-Choice-Fabric-Micro-bead-Triangle-Breast-Form.html

    TerriD,

Lovemygarden has a good suggestion, but you might want to go to www.breastfree.org, a site begun by a bc sister Barbara (Erica on here) who has LOTS of information and suggestions, with links to each kind.  Good luck making your decisions, and in the meantime, I hope you find just what you want!

see the thread excited to find cheap camis at target...I am now the very happy wearer of a size 7 beanie foob and champion sports bra (seamless and duo dry with ventilation)  The foob is incredibly light weight and soft and comfy and so is teh bra. The bra is a pull it over your head design, but has thin straps over the shoulders unlike most sports bras. THANKS!!!!

    Mary Beth,

What kind of bra do you use with your knitted forms. I have a pair, but I find them too lumpy with my bras. Am I doing something wrong?
