There are tons of ways to raise money these days including many that don't require the sale of products.

    I do agree but I have to say if you want to raise a lot of money in a short period of time selling merchandise outside of a walmart or other store on a saturday you will raise a ton of money.

     we raised over $800 in one day selling pink ribbon bracelets.  It was easy and i have to say it was little work on our part and you didn't feel wierd asking people to give money.  People bought a bracelet for $20 that only cost us $3.  We literally raised $17 off each bracelet we sold.  We went to www.fundraisingforacause.com but there are a ton of sites that sell quality stuff

    We also paid ourselves back for the money we put out to buy the bracelets so it didn't cost us any money other than a saturday.
